Steps

1Add frozen cauliflower to a medium-sized saucepan. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 6–8 minutes, or until soft and easily pierced with a fork. Drain.

2Add cooked and drained cauliflower to a blender (small cup).

3Add milk, salt, onion, and garlic powder.

4Blend until smooth ~ 2 minutes.
