Steps

1Add the soy TVP to a bowl. Cover with hot water and let it soak for 15 minutes. Rinse and drain well.

2Add oat flakes, goji berries, allulose or stevia (or any sweetener of choice) and cinnamon to the bowl.

3Pour in the water to cover the mixture. Stir to combine. Cover the bowl with cling film and place it in the fridge overnight to soak.
Tip: Since the recipe makes two portions, you can eat one the next day and the other the day after that - just keep it refrigerated.

4The next day, peel and cube the kiwi fruit. Add it to the oats and stir gently to combine.

5The oats are ready to eat cold at this point. If you prefer them warm, transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.

6Divide between two bowls or plates.

7Garnish with tahini and walnuts before serving.
