Tomato Onion Salad

Ingredients

Steps
1Quarter then cut the tomatoes. Peel and finely slice the onion. Add sliced tomatoes, onion, parsley, salt and pepper to a bowl. Add balsamic vinegar.
2Mix to combine then set aside for 5 minutes to marinate.
3Transfer to a bowl.
