200 g firm tofu
30 g potato starch

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 220°C (440°F) Fan. Add tofu to a mini food processor.
2Blend into a smooth paste (~30 seconds).
3Transfer the tofu paste to a small mixing bowl. Add potato starch and salt.
4Mix well to combine.
5Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
6Bake for 15 minutes, or until slightly golden and firm.

Alternatively, fry over medium heat or air-fry for 5–7 minutes, turning until golden brown on all sides.
7Transfer to a serving plate.
