Steps

1Preheat the oven to 160°C (360°F) Fan. Add almond butter, maple syrup, water and vinegar to a small mixing bowl.

2Whisk to combine.

3Add flour and baking powder.

4Mix using a spoon or your hands (wear a food-grade glove) until combined and dough-like. Set aside.

5Add the dough to a clean flat surface or a piece of baking paper. Roll into a rectangle.

6Slice dried figs and place in the middle of the rolled out dough.

7Fold in.

8Cut into 8 portions.

9Add to a baking tray lined with baking paper.

10Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes.

11Transfer to a serving plate.
