Cashew Sauce:
60 ml milk | soy, oat or cashew
30 g cashews
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder

Steps
1Make the sauce. Add milk, cashews, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt to a small blender cup.
2Blend until smooth, about 60 seconds. Set aside.
3Slice the radishes and cucumbers into thin rounds.
4Add fresh dill and the cashew sauce.
5Mix well to combine.
6Transfer to a plate and serve.
