Cherry Chia Yogurt

300 g frozen cherries
400 g plain yogurt | soy, oat or cashew
20 g chia seeds
20 ml maple or agave syrup

2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple or agave syrup

Steps
1Add yogurt, chia seeds, and syrup to a mixing bowl. Tip: for individual portions, this can be done directly in serving bowls but a mixing bowl is easier for larger portions.
2Mix to combine.
3Add frozen cherries.
4Mix to coat.
5Set aside to soak for at least 10 minutes - or place in the fridge overnight. Once soaked, mix again.
6Transfer to serving bowls. Garnish with nuts and/or seeds of choice.
