Carrot Coconut & Almond Salad

Steps
1Peel and grate the carrots using a medium-sized grater.
2Add the shredded coconut and ground almonds.

Tip: If you have a mini-blender, blend whole almonds and coconut flakes together for 10 seconds before adding them to the carrots. Freshly ground almonds and coconut flakes will release more natural oils.
3Mix well and transfer to a serving bowl.
